Kawaii Diapers is a local baby brand selling sustainable products such as cloth diapers, bamboo inserts, hemp bibs and more. Ran by Hong Kong native April Yu, Kawaii Diapers was looking for a marketing solution that had a strong voice within the American market. We worked closely with the owner to upgrade their branding and content from generic to camptivating, while multi-tasking - creating new strategies to build and drive traffic toward their online sales channels: Amazon, Facebook, Website.
We focused on building original content drawn from three outlets: original graphics and ads, product photography and client/customer photos. With new incentives communicated through email marketing, we were able to give existing customers a point of engagement, build our original content, and provide more traffic toward the websites. Our most successful campaigns were during Black Friday and Christmas.
